Breakfast at the Slytherin table.
Trent slowly walked into the noisy Great Hall and stalked over to the Slytherin table. He sat down, grabbed a plate, and quickly filled it with food.
"Excuse me," A boy said to Trent.
Trent turned around and saw a small first year standing behind him. "What do you want?" He demanded.
"I was just uhh, wondering if you knew the password to our common room," the boy said tentatively.
"Yes I do," Trent said and without saying anything else, he turned back to his plate and continued eating.
Narcissa walked briskly over to the table and took a seat next to Trent. She didn't particually like him--but there didn't seem to be any other seats left.
"Morning, Trent," she said flatly. Not expecting to get a reply.

Trent looked to his side where Narcissa had just sat. "Hi," he said abruptly. He wasn't against being social, he just didn't think the stupid little first years deserved HIS attention.
"Ready for classes?" He asked, without even looking up.

OCC: Wait-- u know Narcissa's a 6th year, right? lol. How old's Trent?
Narcissa raised a perfectly plucked eyebrow in his direction. Well at least he could see that she was far good enough to talk to....
"I suppose. I haven't gotten my scedule yet, have you? Ugh-- I can't believe Potter and Evans got head boy and head girl. It's disgusting if you ask me."

OOC- Sorry! lol, I know she's a 6th year, but just a second ago Trent wouldn't talk to a first year. THAT'S what I meant by "he didn't like talking to 1st years". Sorry!
"No," Trent replied. "I haven't recieved mine yet either. I know. Dumbledor has really gone off his rocker this time, assigning those two with that task."
"Dumbledor's always been off his rocker if you ask me."
Narcissa's eyes wandered around the tabel in search of a certain someone.
"Have you seen Lucious?"

Potter and Evans stopped by at intervals with schedules. Soon everyone had theirs and their fill of breakfast and made their way to class.

Penny dashed up to the busy table and found a seat next to a 4th year named Josh. She served herself up quickly and wolfed down her food. Checking her watch, Penny gasped--it was ten 'til 8:00! Potions was in ten minutes, and she rememberd there was something she had to look up at the library. She jumped up so quickly she knocked the boy next to her into his eggs and bacon.
"Hey, watch it!"
But Penny didn't hear him. She was already speeding out of the Great Hall.
