Her mom's mother had been a witch so Elizabeth's mother wasn't caught completely off guard, but it was still quite a surprise, since Lizzies older sister didn't seen to be a witch.
Lizzie grew up just as any oother normal girl and never used her magic for anything bad. She did occassionally do things unintentionally, but there was nothing she could do about that. She enrolled for Hogwwarts as soon as she was of proper age and her whole family celebrated with her when she was accepted.

She has a mild temperment. She hardly ever yells at anyone. (make that, like, NEVER yells) she usually never has a reason too, because if someone starts to annoy her she'll usually just walk away (right after she says a kind, but stern comeback to whatever they said to upset her). She is pretty non-confrontational, she won't get into a argument unless there is no way to avoid it.
What are you like day to day? Friendly, outgoing (yet still conservatively shy), can be talkative, is a follower to some degree. She likes other people to sart things, to come up with ideas and such and then she'll go along with it.
What makes you sad? What are you like when you are sad? She's sad when she feels like she doesn't fit in. She also gets sad when a friend hurts her. When she is sad she usually stops talking, becomes very laid back and non-responsive and will usually go and write in her journal (which she adores)

What makes you angry? What are you like when you are angry? She does get angry when someone insults her family, or anyone close to her. When she's angry she'll never yell, she'll just hold a grudge and go and write in her journal about it or, ocassionally talk it through with a friend.

What are you like when you are hyper? She gets hyper occassionally (one too many sodas is usually the cause). When she's hyper she's really not herself. She gets very talkative and if she gets upset, she won't keep quiet like she would normally.

Do you make friends easily? yes, pretty easily. She doesn't just go up to people and say "you wanna be my friend", but she ends up considering people she hangs out with a lot (and likes) friends.

How important is it to you to follow the rules? She is prety good about following the rules. If all of her friends are doing something that invloves breaking the rules, she might go along with it (as long as it's not too seious, or bad), but usually she prefers to follow the rules.
What makes you different, original, special, unique? She is quiet, but very witty. Not super-genius witty. But she loves coming up with clever responses to things people say. She also enjoys being funny. People who first meet her are quite surprised when she cracks a joke because they see her as the quiet type (which she is, but she still enjoys humor).

Classes? She's pretty good at charms. She doesn't like history of magic. She respects Binns for teaching suh a dull and boring class year after year, but she still thinks it is a huge waste of time. She believes that it is just as easy to read a book on the history of magic rathe than waste hours of her time listening to a pofessor read it.
Talents? She likes writing and is quite good at it. She also is very clever.

1. She will ocassionally let herself be lead by other people. (be a follower I mean).
2. Her hyperness is definitely not good. She gets too hyper every now and then, and she does almost a complete personality change.
3. She is very quiet (when not hyper). Mostly she's only quiet around people she doesn't know well, but she still is prety quiet, which isn't always a good thing.

"You ready for another year at Hogwarts Mitsy?" Lizzie said stroking her cat. The cat just purred softly. "I am," she continued. "I've missed my friends, and Hogwarts a lot."
"Lizzie!" She heard her mom call from downstairs. "Are you almost ready to leave?"
"Yeah, hold on one second," she called back. "Gosh, I know I'm missing something, but what is it? Oh well, can't be too important if I can't think of it," She said decidedly. "Come on Mitsy, lets go." Lizzie picked her cat up and placed her gently into a cage. She lifted it up and looke around her room.
"Oh my gosh!" she yelled droping her cat's cage on the floor. "MEEOOOOW!" Mitsy cried as the cage hit the ground. "Sorry Mitsy," Lizzie said quickly as she ran bak over to her bed. "I almost forgot this," she grabbed her journal, picked up her (still yowling) cat, and walked out of her room and down the stairs.
"I'm ready mom," She said putting her stuff down.
"George, she's ready," Mrs. Minkle called and then, turning back to Lizzie she said, "Have you said goodbye to Tracy? And where is Silvia?"
"I already said bye to Tracy Mom," Lizzie said.
"And I'm here," Silvia said standing up from the couch. "Write me while you're gone ok? I'll be at school, but mom can forward your letters through the muggle post." Silvia leaed over and gave Lizzie a hug.
"See you at Christmas break," Lizzie said to her sister.
"Ok, Lizzie you need to get going or else you'll miss the plane to London,a nd if you miss te plane, you'll miss the train." Mrs. Minkle said. "GEORGE!" She yelled again.
"I'm here Jane," Mr. Minkle said. "Ready to go sweetie?"
"Yep," Lizzie quickly gave he mom and hug and then walked out to the car with her dad. She couldn't wait to get on the train and see her friends, and she couldn't wait to get to Hogwarts. It was going to be a great year at hogwarts. She just knew it.

I do have two comments. First of all, this doesn't matter, but students don't actually enroll to Hogwarts - any eligible child is placed on the roll at birth. Or at least, so is my understanding.
The other comment is about her faults - I like her and I DO think she's a well-rounded character, but I think that I'd define her faults a little more. I think you should play up on the follower thing - like, maybe, that she's a follower a lot and sometimes it's a bad thing, cause she'll follow other people into trouble? How's that?
And I do have one question, I couldn't tell from the app ~ is she pretty? (I didn't get the impression she was very pretty, which is definitely a GOOD thing (lol), but I was just checking).
Anyhow, all I would say you really would need to do would be define her faults. I love it! (And thanks for helping with the population problems, too!)

ok! Sorry about not having many faults. lol! I'll fix it now. I meant to portray her as a follower which (like you said) gets her into trouble...I'll fix it.
And, yes. I was saying that she's not very pretty. (I thought i remembered seeing somewhere that you didn't want so many super-models or something like that).
