History: Erin was born on May 3rd to Charles and Sarah York. The family lived in a tinyapartment at the time, but, shortly after Erin was born, the family of 4 (her older brother, Lenny, was 2), moved to a small house in the English countryside.
As both her parents are Muggles, Erin had no idea that she was a witch, so when a snowy white owl came swooping into their kitchen one morning with a letter for Lenny, they were all shocked. Two years later, Erin received her letter from Hogwarts.
Other IMPORTANT relationships (live-in grandparents, adoptive siblings, etc): none

Face: (shape, and anything specific about the size, shape, etc. of the characters nose, forehead, chin/jawline, etc. that you want to mention) normally sized, although her forehead is a little large, and her chin a little pointy (but only a little)
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 120 lbs.
Body Type: (muscular, chubby, scrawny, etc.) she's VERY skinny. Not unhealthily. but still very skinny.
How do you dress? comfortably. usually jeans and a t-shirt. she loves earrings, though. She collects them, and she has tons of different shapes and sizes.
How do you present yourself? (What is the initial reaction of most people on meeting you?) She is very friendly. She loves to walk right up to people and introduce herself or a friend.
Personality
General (give us a few paragraphs on your everyday temperament) Erin is very bubbly and energetic. She is very friendly and probably the sweetest person you will ever meet. She is very nice and caring, and she loves animals.
What are you like day to day? Bubbly, energetic, caring, friendly, sweet, nice...
What makes you sad? What are you like when you are sad?
Erin is said when... hardly ever, actually. She really tries hard to keep herself cheerful and happy, so that she doesn't get people worried.
What makes you angry? What are you like when you are angry? She fights with her brother all of the time (even though he's out of school; they fight at home). He teases her unmercifully, so she has to "get him back".
What makes you happy? What are you like when you are happy? She's always happy, but she is especially happy when she is working with animals, or hanging out with her friends.
What are you like when you are hyper? Very talkative. She'll talk about some very random things, too.
Are you outgoing, shy, somewhere between? Very outgoing. Loves to go up to people and just start talking. She is shy around guys though, save Brad and Andrew.
Do you make friends easily? YES!
How smart are you? Pretty smart. SHe actually likes school and she applies herself well.
How important is it to you to follow the rules? Very. SHe really doesn't like it when any of her friends break a rule (or if they just bend it), and she's usually the one (out of her group of 3 friends and herself) to stop the bending of the rules.
What makes you different, original, special, unique? SHe is, once again, very good with animals. She has a very special communication (almost) with them. She is also in the same band as Anna Cunnings. She does some vocals, but she plays the bass guitar, mostly. She writes stories, mostly short, too.
Likes/Dislikes
What are your hobbies or interests? What do you do in your free time? Writes short stories, plays her bass guitar, writes letters home, hangs out with friends... does homework...
What kind of people do you like to be around? What are the kinds of people you can't stand? She likes to be around people who like to have fun. She loves to be active, so people who like to just sit around are not a good match for her.
What is your favorite color? Is there a color you really hate?
She loves hot pink and yellow. All bright colors are good, though, and she can't stand black.
Strengths/Weaknesses
Classes? Care of Magical Creatures and Herboloy are her best subjects, and she's horrible at Potions.
Talents? Her music and her writing. She can sing, too.
Please list 3 major faults your character has. (and if one of them is 'too nice' or 'too perfect', YOU HAVE A MARY SUE ON YOUR HANDS!!! *runs of screaming but returns with a large mallet* And then I'd have to use this....*grim expression*)
1. She can be rather annoying when she's hyper. She doesn;t stop talking then. Ever. 2. She is very grumpy if she doesn't get enough sleep. 3. She has a bad habit of biting her nails? (That's all I could think of so that she wouldn't sound too much like Anna ).

"Lenny," screamed Erin. "How many times have I told you? ASK ME BEFORE YOU BORROW SANDY!" Erin ran down the hall and started banging on her brother's door, with clenched fists. "I told you. ASK ME FIRST!"
"Whatever, Erin," answered Lenny, swinging open the door. "You can't tell me what to do because I'm older than you."
"But Sandy is MY OWL," protested Erin, through gritted teeth. "Therefore, you have to ask me!"
"No I don't!"
"Yes you do!"
"No I-", Lenny began, but was cut off.
"ENOUGH," roared Erin and Lenny's father, Charles. "What is going on here? Do you even realize how immature you two sound?"
"Lenny used Sandy without my permission again," explained Erin. "I've only asked him a gazillion times not to, but he still did, and now I can't mail these lyrics to Anna, Brad, and Andrew!"
"Leonard, if your sister asked you to ask her permission before you used her owl, please do so," said Charles, ending the conversation.
"But Papa-" began Lenny.
"No, discussion closed." With that, Charles turned, and went back downstairs.
"Told you," smirked Erin, turning and walking back to her room.
"Oh yeah," she thought to herself. "That gets him back for putting frog spawn all over my sheets!"
Yes
Yeah, I will.
Um, I have a question. Ok, I have 4 characters I'm making, and they're all friends. The girls are going to be 5th year Gryffindors, but you said y'all have too many guys there. So, I was thinking of leaving them in Ravenclaw. But, my question is... is it possible for them to still be friends?? And actually, would it be ok if I changed Anna's attitude towards school and just keep her in Ravenclaw?

Re: Yes
Yes, it would be ok for them to be friends in different houses.
We'd really prefer you put Anna in Gryffindor, for population reasons and because she seems so much more suited to the Gryffindor temperament! It's ultimately your call though.
Re: Yes
There are a lot of students here who are friends with people of other houses and years. I think Anna really is better suited to Gryffindor, and if you put her there it shouldn't affect the friendship at all.

Re: Ok...
Banana, I'll let Sara have the final call on this. IMO the boy should NOT be in Gryffindor, but I'm going to bow out on the final decision for this one.
Nevermind
Never mind, the guy is going to be in Ravenclaw because he's a genius (think Gene). Is THAT ok? All 3 of them are still going to be best friends...

Re: Nevermind
only three huh? Don't want too many friends right? I guess I'd just better be glad you don't have the same "too many friends" theory in real life huh?
