I know I have elevated blood pressure and elevated cholesterol, and I wouldn't be surprised if I have type 2 diabetes, colon cancer, prostate cancer, and a clot in my leg. I just know it.

My colon is in good shape, I don't have a hernia, and I don't have testicular cancer. Apparently, I'm in better shape that I give myself credit.

I gave the doctor a blood sample. I discussed the results the same day they examined my urine. I have good news and bad news:
The bad news is I have to get my cholesterol down and my ldl way down.
The good news is that's the only bad news I can tell you.
