Lizzie walked into the gryffindor girls dorm after dinner and immediately went to her journal.

Hi Nela! Sorry about never getting a chance to write more. I kind of lost track of time yesterday.

No problem. I was once a hogwarts student. I know exactly how stressful it can be, but of course, you're not even to the really hard years yet.

Well I hope they don't get much worse than this. Not that I don't like Hogwarts or want to quit or anything. It's just hard.

Don't worry, I know what you mean. So, anything interesting happen today?

Well, all the classes were, as usual, pretty good. That Carmondy is a character though. She's already lost our house 17 points, not-to-mention the fact that she's gotten quite a few detentions already and it's only day 2.

I had a girl like that in my class when I went to Hogwarts. That's just their personality type. Fun, funny, creative, but totally unpredictable. Which isn't such a great thing all the time.

Well it may be her personality or whatever, but I still think she's overdoing it just a bit. She could at least cut down on the radical excuses she uses for being purposely late to every single class. Anyway, classes today were lots of fun. I was in a group with Rose and Morgan in Hebology. We worked well together I think.

She does sound a little over the edge, but that's just her.

I should probably go now. I've got some homework to do before I go to bed. Besides, I was hoping to bathe Mitsy tonight as well. (at the sound of its own name coming after the "dreaded" word the cat jumped off Lizzie's bed and bolted across the room and out of the dorm into the common room). Lizzie called the cat's name, but it was in vain. Ok, I need to go now. I'll write more later though. Bye Nela.
