Notes : Delivered repair equipment for oxygen generators. An attempt to re-dock, remotely piloted by Tsibliyev, using a new system collided with and punctured the Spektr module causing it to depressurize. It was shut down and not used again. Upon his return, Tsibliyev was found to be rersponsible even though he had not received the proper training to run the remote pilot system. He never flew again.
