OOC: We Need Team Captains! (Important!)
I am posting this here so that it will get read, as not everyone drops by OOC chat.
We need team captains for Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff Quidditch teams. PLEASE POST IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN CAPTAINING. The Hufflepuff team captain must be chosen by Saturday the 10th and the Ravenclaw team captain must be chosen one week from that day.
If there are more than one applicant for catpainship, we will flip a coin on the last day to determine the captain.

I would say Skilmer, because I think that would be cool, but he's not really a captainish sort of guy: he didn't even think he would make the team, and he's so not a leader. Oh well.

Arwen, Slytherin doesn't even have a TEAM. Captain isn't a priority at the moment.

How are we going to do a slytherin team? Are we just gonna ignore the team since we've only got what, 2 people...? I was just about to post Trent trying out for the team, but if there isn't gonna be one, is there a point?

Anyone who wants to can be on the Slytherin team (really you don't even have to try out!). The missing members we will just pretend like they're there.

wait, are you saying i spent hours of agony trying to come up with a perfect tryout for my char. and i really didn't even have to? that all i had to do was request to be on the team? *wails* jk, it actually took like 2 min.

A Hogsmeade weekend is probably coming up soon. Maybe even in two (realtime) weeks! (That will be the first ISS Saturday - what better way to kick it off?) As to full moons, nope, I have to actually dig up a lunar chart and figure out what's typical for September. That's not really urgent, though.

well
ok, first of all, I ave a question. How much longer do I have to post a character trying out for a team? (I haven't had an time lately, but I really want this character on the team).
And second, if no one else has already said anything or taken the spot, I think Mari or Ali could be a team captain for Ravenclaw. (Ali's the one that hasn't tried out yet, but I want her too if at all possible).
