Sen. Wayne Allard Unmasked
After carefully reading an article on Sen. Allard's purposed Gay Marriage Ban amendment, as reported by The Pueblo Chieftain, I have come to the inescapable conclusion that Mr. Allard is an atheist and a hypocrit.
No, this conclusion wasn't reached by prayer or meditation, but through logical reasoning and experience. Wayne Allard is very clearly a wolf ( no disrespect to real wolves intended ) in sheep's clothing, hiding in the white dress of his imagined moral high ground. If anyone has any doubts, perhaps they should consider my line of thought on this issue: Of whom is "God" afraid?
It is quite obvious to any true believer, whether they be Christian, Muslim, Jew, Hindu, or whatever, that "God", if "He" exists at all, would fear no one, therefore, homosexuality and gay marriage are not any threat to "God" or "His" people. So, clearly, the Senator's faith ( if he has any at all ) is in man and not "God" and homosexuality scares him to no end.
The reason I call Mr. Allard a hypocrit, however, is because he, as an athiest, should be arguing from a position of reason instead of fear, because reason is the "holy grail" of atheism.

There is hardly a man alive that does not view it as his sacred right to sacrifice his neighbor's freedom, property and life for some "good" and "noble" cause.
